Here’s a little reality hack for you. Particles of force or matter exist as both a particle and an antiparticle, cycling in and out of existence, like love and fear. We see the particle when observed because the universe favors existence. If it were to have both states at once it would cancel itself out. That’s the same energy you put forth. You can be for something or against something. Because the universe favors existence, being for something gets more done. Being against something cancels out the energy. Just let that sink in.
