The acorn has no idea what it’s capable of when it’s just a seed. It’s stuck in its shell. Nothing happens there. It has no ears to hear or eyes to see. The forest, knowing that the seed will grow if it believes in itself, can only love the acorn. The seed must crack on its own to see the light. And when it starts this journey, it is infinitely surrounded by this support system so much bigger than itself. And the forest is there regardless. Even if the seed doesn’t know or believe in forests. Even if the seed tries not to grow. We’re there for you.
