You are a person of influence that others look up to, even if you don’t know it. You are their teacher. And so it’s important to speak into someone’s understanding without your own thoughts, biases, or perceptions. We’re all making our own reality from the realm of infinite possibilities after all. So teach people how they create reality from their perceptions, crystallizing as they observe through their own eyes. The world is what you make of it. Each and every person has this talent. So please don’t take it away by interjection your own perceptions into their process. Let people explain themselves, and ask for clarification without reading into their meaning. Be selfless, knowing it’s about their process, growth, and evolution. They will see the world differently than you. And that’s a damn good thing, because you are co-creators. How each person creates their reality allows them to shape their creation with their own perceptions, beliefs, and values. Honor and cherish their map of reality, as you reach a deeper understanding and speak into their map to create better communication. Thank you, it is done. It is done. It is done.
