​When I loved every part of me, I loved the universe exponentially. That is when I was truly free. Here’s a little trick that you can do. Open up the palm of your hand, with nothing in it. Imagine looking at one single speck of dust in your hand and magnifying it. The closer you look, the more you see that our universe is entirely inside it. You see, the universe in projected through every single grain of your existence. So wherever you look, you will find the universe. And all you have to do is love this little speck. Love every single one of em all throughout yourself! Love all the parts that make you YOU. That is all.
